Position Overview

As 1GLOBAL is growing rapidly, we are seeking a skilled developer with a solid understanding of accounting principles and mid-market ERP experience who will take ownership of integrating our NetSuite ERP with other enterprise systems, using a combination of point-to-point and middleware solutions. While previous NetSuite experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory. However, you will have to bring a strong grasp of JavaScript, mid-market ERP systems (e.g. Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct or other similar systems) and a solid understanding of finance processes. This is a fantastic personal development opportunity as we will fully fund NetSuite-specific training provided by a third-party expert to make you a whiz in the programming languages and business logic that is unique to NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrating NetSuite with other enterprise platforms, such as CRM, Billing, Treasury, and HRIS, via custom development or middleware solutions.
• Developing custom workflows and scripts to enhance internal controls and streamline finance-related business processes.
• Advising the Finance team on adopting and leveraging new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Designing and delivering high-quality financial reports and dashboards for use across the organization.
• Providing training and mentorship to the NetSuite administrator to ensure smooth operations and ongoing system optimization.

Requirements

Must Have

• Extensive experience working with Accounting/ERP systems. Experience with NetSuite is preferred, but experience with similar ERP systems will also be considered.
• Proven track record of integrating NetSuite or other ERP systems with enterprise platforms using custom development or middleware solutions.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript or, alternatively, strong JavaScript skills and a willingness to learn SuiteScript.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Boomi, Workato, or similar integration tools.
• Knowledge of SuiteTalk or previous experience working with REST or SOAP APIs, and a willingness to learn NetSuite-specific integration techniques.
• Strong data management and analysis skills.
