The Role

We are looking for a Senior xSIM Operations Tech Lead to oversee technical operations related to all xSIM technologies, including SIM, eSIM, and iSIM. In this role, you will handle advanced and complex projects, ensure the team's technical expertise, and mentor junior engineers. You will also lead troubleshooting efforts during development and testing, making critical decisions aligned with company goals, standards, and recommendations to deliver optimal quality at competitive costs.

What you will do:

• Develop and specify SIM electrical profiles.

• Design and implement eSIM profile types.
• Ensure xSIM quality through BAP and QA frameworks.
• Manage technical relationships with SIM manufacturers (EUMs).
• Evaluate emerging xSIM technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in industry standard bodies (e.g., GSMA, TCA).
• Support the implementation of new products and production orders.
• Oversee xSIM pre-provisioning and manage inventory.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or master’s in telecommunications or computer science.
• Expertise in xSIM technologies, including SIM, eSIM, iSIM, JavaCard, OTA, GlobalPlatform, and ETSI/3GPP/TCA/GSMA standards.

Nice-to-Have:

• Extensive experience working on xSIM technologies in roles within MNOs/MVNOs, SIM manufacturers, or eSIM providers.
• Participation in standard bodies’ projects focused on xSIM technologies (ETSI/3GPP, GSMA, TCA, etc.).
